Alexandra’s expertise lies in guiding individuals to navigate and lead themselves through complexity.

How, by strengthening your insight into creative thinking, communication and leadership, you can stand stronger on the foundation of change that our world is built on.

Alexandra is dedicated to making visions and strategies practical and alive in the daily operations of organisations at every level. Her focus is on ensuring that organisational culture supports, rather than resists, strategic change, breaking through habitual thinking and resistance to transformation.

A significant part of Alexandra's work is centered on enhancing personal impact and presence. She focuses on training individuals to understand their communicative strengths, giving them tools to create more dynamic interactions and step confidently into leadership roles.

Additionally, she works to strengthen relationships and collaboration within organisations, promoting effective task completion, cooperation and well-being. Over the years, she has also been deeply involved in entrepreneurship and the facilitation of entrepreneurship courses, helping individuals connect their passions and experiences with market needs.

Her approach to sustainability is rooted in the belief that it is a mindset – an understanding that we are all part of a larger system, constantly influencing and being influenced by it. So we have a responsibility to be conscious of how we navigate. She holds certifications in The Natural Step (Steps 1 and 2) and has made sustainability a cornerstone of her work, including her involvement in the founding and board of the political party Alternativet in its early years.

Her passion for people is at the heart of her work. She believes that everyone possesses unique qualities, potentials and insights that can be cultivated under the right conditions. Through collaborative training, she creates learning environments where growth and creativity can flourish without fear of failure.

Her career began in the entrepreneurial and creative worlds, specifically in film and theater. In the 1990s, she co-founded Teater Grob and later became a producer through the self-governed program Super 16. Throughout the 2000s, she worked as a producer and project manager in various parts of the film industry, including Zentropa and Barok Film, developing her ability to navigate chaos and creativity. Her interest in communication and leadership led her to transition to coaching in 2007, where she has since worked independently, developing and facilitating courses, workshops and educational programmes. She is certified by the Coach Training Institute (CTI), a foundation that has deeply influenced her approach and methods.

“My approach to sustainability is rooted in the belief that it is a mindset – an understanding that we are all part of a larger system, constantly influencing and being influenced by it. So we have a responsibility to be conscious of how we navigate.”
