Background

Amy Jean Hamilton has many years of experience as a leader and project manager of large-scale innovation initiatives. She has also worked as a senior consultant both at Ramboll Management and Emerging. Amy is a postgraduate of the Earth Wisdom programme at the Ehama Institute, through which she has furthered her leadership skills, forging strong relations with the client. She is experienced in evidence-based approaches such as design thinking, innovation theory, systemic project leadership and process design as well as a firm basis for transforming people and leaders with the wisdom-based approach, Earth Wisdom.

Amy is experienced in innovation and design thinking through years of practice in systemic project management where standard off-the-shelf practices must give way to new intuitive solutions. Amy masters the entire process - equally capable from the onset of the innovation process to the completion of the final design. Amy is able to create strong concepts that are meaningful to those involved in the initial development, as well as those who will bring the process to completion.

Amy is also an experienced process designer and facilitator; firmly grounded in organisational processes alongside other co-creators. She knows how to hold a space and read the people in the room with a particular sensitivity, creating a secure place through her perceptive management of processes. She is a unifying and holistic facilitator with a keen eye for the process and the product throughout. 

In organisational processes, Amy can be relied upon to inspire the process with continual energy, flow and momentum. Amy draws on several professional fields, giving form to her particular style of leadership coaching. Through participatory processes, counselling and coaching, Amy delivers leadership transformation at its best.
