Bjarne has a solid background in systemic and dialogical theory and is a competent, curious and experienced facilitator. He specialises in creating engaging and appreciative processes that empower employees to co-create sustainable organisational development.

Bjarne believes that the climate agenda is the most important issue we are confronted with in our time, and failure is not an option if we are to ensure the conditions for life and well-being for future generations. His deep concern for biodiversity and the development of sustainable local environments drives his work.

Bjarne advocates for the involvement of all resources, ideas and thoughts from employees in addressing the climate and sustainability agenda. He recognizes that we are facing an unprecedented transformation that requires everyone to be involved and to see themselves as meaningful contributors to this new reality. Therefore, Bjarne’s primary method is to create dialogical processes where everyone affected by or able to contribute to the change is invited to become co-creators of it.

Bjarne holds a degree in learning theory from the Danish School of Education (DPU) and a postgraduate degree in systemic management from the University of Bedfordshire. He originally comes from a background with the Kaospilots and the creative environment in Aarhus. Since 2006, Bjarne has worked as a consultant and instructor at Attractor, Rambøll Management and Mannaz.

Currently self-employed, Bjarne has been associated with the Estuary group since 2020. In the same year, he published the book Dialogisk Ledelse with Samfundslitteratur.

“It inspires me to use my interest and skills in dialogical conversations to contribute to sustainable transformation – a process where we all need to change, and which can only be achieved if we see ourselves as active co-creators of this future.”
