Frederik has extensive experience in creating lasting change and driving business growth in associations and organisations. His focus is on connecting strategy execution with organisational and competency development, with a keen understanding of both individual learning and the organisational dynamics that are crucial for successful transformation.

Passionate about systemic change, Frederik takes a holistic approach to strategy development, with sustainability as the unifying factor.

He has witnessed how learning activities and education have been key to cultural shifts and transformations in various organisations. In designing, developing, implementing and evaluating programs, he draws on tools from his teaching in project management, leadership, process consultation and coaching.

Frederik is a methodologically strong consultant with a comprehensive toolkit, but he also brings personal experience as a project manager, consultant, and leader, allowing him to combine practical experience with proven methods when facilitating, coaching, and advising.

Frederik’s ability to delve into details, maintain an overview, and drive progress in partnership with clients is a skill he has honed since his first role as project director at the age of 24 for a dialogue project in Jordan and Egypt. Since then, he has successfully led change initiatives as a leader and consultant at Maersk Training, Maersk, APM Terminals, DUF – Dansk Ungdoms Fællesråd, and Rambøll Management, impacting over 1,000 leaders and employees across 30 different countries.

Today, Frederik works with leadership and strategy in large civil society organisations, medium-sized companies, and as a lecturer for several consulting firms.

He is a certified systemic coach and facilitator and has authored a book on professional conversations published by Dansk Psykologisk Forlag. He holds a master’s degree in Learning and Change Processes from Aalborg University, supplemented by a diploma in NGO management.
