Background

Gry holds a BA in rhetoric and Spanish from the University of Copenhagen and the University of Havana. She has worked as a teacher in various folk high schools for many years. In 2006, she became an international team leader at The Kaospilot, an innovative business school for the world. Since then, she has worked with a triple bottom line and sustainable thinking. She continued her career as the principal of The Kaospilot school in Malmö for several years. Later, Gry joined Ramboll Management Consulting where she held positions as a senior consultant, manager and business manager until founding Emerging in 2018. Emerging operates as a broadly based consultancy network within the systemic appreciative field. Gry is an EMCC-accredited systemic coach and trained in wisdom practices at the Ehama Institute from the founding director, WindEagle. Throughout the last five years, Gry has conceptualised and developed regenerative leadership training based on Earth Wisdom, which takes place on her land in the south part of the Danish island of Funen.

Trainer in Earth Wisdom - seven generation leadership 

Gry is a specialist in and a practitioner of Earth Wisdom, having undergone training under WindEagle from Ehama Institute. Over the past five years, Gry has conceptualised and developed regenerative leadership training based on Earth Wisdom, which takes place on her land in southern Funen. She is a highly skilled systemic practitioner when it comes to relational work in general, but specifically organisational development, leadership coaching and change management. 

Strong analytical approach and a high degree of psychological safety

In collaboration with Gry, one will experience a strong analytical approach to both the relational and business aspects of an organisation. Gry possesses high relational competence and understands how to create collaborative spaces with a strong emphasis on psychological safety. This is achieved with a keen eye for relational sustainability in transformative processes and with a particular curiosity about what lies behind the prevailing ideas in the organisation.

Facilitating large group processes involving multiple stakeholders in meaningful cocreation around shared central issues has become a specialty for Gry. She organises the processes and always ensures that they are executed beautifully and effectively, always keeping the shared purpose at the centre.
