Jens is a highly skilled professional with a focus on strategic leadership communication and organisational understanding. He works primarily at the executive level, using his sharp analyses, essential questioning and a gentle approach to help leaders step up and take full and often complicated responsibility towards sustainable transformation. 

Jens assists in clarifying the new sustainable direction and mobilising the courage to analyse and articulate the strategic challenges that the sustainable transformation requires, while also contributing to the long-term value and result creation.

Structured and analytical, Jens brings 25 years of senior management experience behind him, yet his toolbox remains agile and forward-looking. He is trained in the Framework for Strategic Sustainable Development (FSSD), Systemic Process Consulting and accredited as an ECCM coach. Jens has a close collaboration with The Danish Association of Managers and Executives, known as ‘Lederne’ in Danish, where he is permanently attached as a management coach.
