Background

Thomas has worked with leadership and volunteerism in several different organisational environments throughout his life. He is the idea person behind several society projects where he has had a leading role. Thomas holds an Executive MBA in relational leadership and organisational development, MS in systemic leadership and organisational change, and has an academic background as a geographer. Thomas is curious and inquisitive, as well as generous with his knowledge.

In his work as a senior consultant and advisor Thomas draws on his strengths and leadership experience in mobilising, meaning-making and realising large-scale projects. Due to his many years of leadership experience responsible for administrative, personnel and change management, he knows the strategic transformational processes from within the organisation. This lived experience gives him the insight of leading the complex processes that he bridges in his work with the client.


His professional character 

Thomas has an extensive back catalogue to draw on when it comes to strategic leadership and change management. He is interested in collective value creation with 20 years of professional experience in process consulting, development work and participatory processes. He focuses on direction, structure and people, and his communication is at eye level, which allows all resources - including competences and human resources - to come into play. It is his vast experience and societal-collective take on change and transformation that ensures progress and value creation with the customer. 

Thomas has a strong foundation in the appreciative systemic approach and leadership field, reliable with presence and fluidly moving at all vertical levels in the organisation.
He is characterised by high ethics and integrity in his work as well as in his interactions with people in general. In addition to culture and relationships, he has a sense of and respect for the administrative needs of the organisation and is skilled at creating structures that help along the way. 

Thomas is systemically analytical with fine, relational senses which gives him a solid and deep basis for co-creating and developing solutions and makes him an important and strong partner with the client. He is ambitious in creating real value while he leads with clear direction, steadily through the phases of the change processes.
