Empowering women in the Global South with personal leadership and strategic thinking
Together with the international consultancy TANA Copenhagen, Gry Guldberg has trained and educated 30 female leaders from various public institutions and private businesses across Africa.

Over the past three years, Gry Guldberg has been part of several projects aimed at empowering female leaders in the Global South by cultivating personal leadership and strategic thinking.
Gry's teaching has focused on female leadership and self-leadership, aiming to unleash the leaders’ full potential. In addition to teaching, she has also acted as a coach for many of these leaders, focusing on strengthening them individually and helping them set a strategic direction.
Her approach combines classical strategic leadership with Earth Wisdom, which is based on wisdom practices, with a special focus on how women can develop their organisations sustainably.
Gry's contribution has been crucial in assisting these women to build inner strength and create strategic opportunities that promote growth and sustainable development for themselves, their organisations and their communities.
