Strategic Regenerative Leadership

Do you want to lead with a long-term perspective that takes future generations into account?

And do you want to support your leadership with a strategic evidence-based framework that can complement action to drive your organisation towards profound sustainability?

Then embark on this transformative journey with us—a journey that transcends conventional leadership paradigms and embraces the interconnectedness of all life.

Join Strategic Regenerative Leadership and become a catalyst for sustainable change in your organisation and beyond.

What will you get from this programme?

  • A profound personal transformation as a leader, enabling you to guide your organisation with newfound vitality and purpose.

  • An insight into humanity's historical circular organisational patterns and an understanding of how we have traditionally organised ourselves.

  • Tools to lead in a circular, regenerative way that aligns with sustainable principles.

  • A strategic framework and eight sustainability principles to support the transformation of your organisation towards sustainability.

The curriculum is a bold professional mix between the pillar of wisdom traditions called Earth Wisdom and the evidence-based approach by The Natural Step called The Framework for Strategic Sustainable Development (FSSD). The combination embraces the strategic complexity of leading an organisational transformation towards sustainability while being able to lead towards a now unknown world that requires imagination, systematics and clarity.

How?

  • We work primarily outdoors, using nature as a teacher and "mimicking" nature's principles and patterns (biomimicry). Doing so, we recognise that we are nature and that we as humans can lead from the same principles.

  • Participants are encouraged to arrange their own accommodations, whether in the natural surroundings or at a nearby hotel. We place a strong emphasis on sustainable dining, providing fresh, locally sourced meals that nourish both body and soul.

Who?

  • Our Strategic Regenerative Leadership course is designed for managers and senior leaders across all industries committed to contributing to sustainable transformation within their organisations and embracing stewardship for future generations and our shared planet.

  • What matters is your intention and commitment to cultivating a leadership approach that honours both humanity and the planet.

Where?

  • The course takes place in the tranquil landscapes of South Funen in Denmark at Nyløkke 11, Korinth, 5600 Faaborg combined with online learning sessions.

Nature serves as our ultimate teacher, complemented by dynamic digital learning environments.

When?

  • Current course ends in September 2024.

  • New course starts in November 2024.

  • Final dates will be updated soon.
